Unbrako

A countersunk headed screw conforming with ISO 10642 or DIN 7991, requiring a hex key (otherwise known as an Allen key) to fit. The countersunk head is typically used in conjunction with a countersunk hole providing a flush, snag free fit. The head diameter is slightly larger than that of the equivalent DIN 965 Phillips or Pozi driven screw. High quality and high strength low profile socket head cap screws. Unbrako branded, with a black oxide finish. Also know as low head Allen screws or bolts, or simply a low head cap screw. Used where there is limited clearance. Includes a precision hex socket for maximum key engagement. Conforms to ISO 262, DIN 7984, 6912, ANSI B1.13M, with a property class of 10.9.

Unbrako Durlok® self locking, anti vibration hex head flange bolts. These are serrated flanged hex head bolts, which can be paired with the Unbrako Durlok® self locking serrated flanged nut. They both have a high tensile strength of 12.9 and a black oxide/self coloured finish. These heavy duty fasteners are suitable for situations where vibration and jarring occurs and where the joint is subject to high loads. They can be reused, as they are unlikely to be damaged by the adjoining surfaces. Durlok® Bolts are manufactured from alloy steel and are through hardened to give the same hardness from the tooth surface to the core. Durlok® Fasteners can be used at high temperatures up to 300°C.
