Ear Clips
Ear clips or O clips are a distinct type of hose clip whose design includes one or two ears or lobes that are pinched in order to seal a hose joint.
They are a quick and economic solution for this task, and are ideally suited to smaller hose diameters.
Due to the nature of the design they are not reusable once fitted, and require destructive means to remove or replace.
Ear clips can often be found in fuel and gas lines and other small diameter hose applications.
