A4 Stainless Steel Phillips Machine Screws
The phillips drive is a universally utilized drive type. Designed in the 1930's, it was intended to be a superior alternative to the more usual slot drive by reducing slippage (cam-out). The shape of the phillips drive will centre the screw driver into the screw head.
Slippage will still occur with over tightening and it's generally recommended to use a phillips drive for lower torque applications, such as for electronics, household products and small machinery.
