Stainless Steel Phillips Machine Screws UNF
The phillips drive is a universally utilised drive type. Designed in the 1930's to be a better alternative to the usual slot drive, with the new design helping to reduce slippage. The shape of the phillips drive will centre the screwdriver into the screw head.
Slippage (cam-out) will still occur with over tightening and it's generally recommended to use a phillips drive for lower torque applications, such as for electronics, household products and small machinery.
