Holo-Krome branded socket button screws, in alloy steel with a strength grade of 12.9, and finished with black oxide. Manufactured in the USA, Holo-Krome are high quality screws, similar to Unbrako, with precision 3A threads for greater clamping force. Socket button head screws have a lower wider head than the socket head cap screws and tend to be used where the head of the bolt will not cause snagging. The hex drive is generally smaller than other hex driven ranges and thus the ultimate tightening torque is reduced (see data sheet). Manufactured to ISO 7380 and are fully threaded.
