M12 x 160mm Partial Thread Hex Head Bolt in Grade 10.9 Zinc Flake - ISO 4014

Metric hexagon bolt to the newer ISO 4014 standard rather than the usual DIN 931 standard. ISO 4014 specifies differences in head dimensions for M10, M12 and M14 thread diameters, including revised spanner sizes. Please take note! These hex bolts are currently available in a modern mechanically applied zinc based coating called zinc flake that offers superior corrosion resistance over the common zinc plated finish. In addition, high tensile fasteners coated in a zinc flake finish are free from the risk of hydrogen embrittlement. Zinc flake coated fasteners are standard fitments in the automotive industry, amongst others, particularly for applications outside of the cabin where corrosion is more of an issue.
