Similar to DIN 741 specification, they are also known as clamps, slings, cable clip crimps, U bolt saddle fastener for steel wire rope. These clamps can be used for a wide range of outdoor applications. Use the 5mm wire rope clamp with the 5mm diameter wire and so forth.
